Video Dock Components:
The Video Dock can be found in the right half of Score’s workspace; it contains a:
- Play Button
- Crossfader
- Video Update Button
Play:
The play button at bottom left plays both the video and the Amper Music track.
Crossfader:
Next to the play button, there is a crossfader that controls the relative volume of video audio to Amper music.
The film icon on the left represents the video audio; the speaker icon on the right represents the Amper Music track volume.
Video Update:
If you are actively switching between Score and your Video Editor and would like to update the cut of your video in real-time, you can use the “Update Video” button to the far right of the dock.
Video Storage and Persistence:
The dock is provided to allow you to edit your track in context (for example, an uploaded video will “scrub” as you update your spots). However, videos do not persist if you switch projects or close the app. If you were to close and revisit this project, you would see this:
If you'd like to resume working with your video, simply re-upload your file at any time.
